👀 A little trip down memory lane & how our Market came to be!
The Grubr story began way before we landed in Medford. We started as a healthy meal prep company cooking in a closed restaurant in Atco just offering delivery. Then we moved to a shared commissary kitchen in Northeast Philly, still only offering delivery, this is when the heavy research began and the idea to be completely Gluten Free was born.
The need was cleary there, for the community and for our own family. Autoimmune diseases, certain bodies & many other diseases and disorders do not work with gluten…
So Grubr Gluten Free Kitchen was born in Medford. We opened with one space working as our kitchen and our very small market. Clean Gluten Free food caught on quickly and our business took off! So much so that we decided to take over the space next to us and open a Restaurant!
So Grubr Sit & Eat was born. This concept was amazing, a completely gluten free restaurant with no chance of cross contamination. The menu, the food & the atmosphere were perfect, there was just one problem… it was 2020 🙄. The 5 days we were open for service were wonderful & we had so much support but we realized it just wasn’t going to work with all the unknowns.
So Grubr Gluten Free Market was born! It was chaotic, it was crazy but it was totally our silver lining and it was meant to be.
We can’t imagine life without this market. It has grown into such a perfct place four you all to feel safe knowing that you’re consuming the very best ingredients out there. And while there have been changes to Grubr one thing has never changed, our commitment to give you the very best of Everything!
Along with a very special team of people we continue to be the VERY BEST!
A special Thanks to all of you who have been with us since day 1 and thanks to all of you who have joined us along the way we appreciate you more than you know.
And to all of you who are new here, we appreciate you also and are excited for you to enjoy all things Grubr 🍽️

👀 Vegan? We have you covered! We create plenty of vegan options daily. You’ll find snacks, soups, salads, meals, juices and desserts all prepared and ready to go at our market.
Just like everything else we do, this is an area that we thrive! Gluten Free & Vegan never tasted so good 🥕🥦🥗🫑🥒🍋🥑

Chicken is a staple when you’re living a healthy lifestyle. And yes, sometimes you may run out of ways to prepare it. That’s definitely not the case here at Grubr! We’re constantly coming up with new ways to prepare our pasture raised chicken breasts, thighs & wings…
There’s never a shortage of ideas, from new glazes and sauces to the preparation (pan seared, grilled, baked or pan fried).
From meals, snacks, salads, soups & pizza the varieties of chicken at Grubr are endless!
