Fourteen years ago everything changed when the baker behind Mico’s Bakehouse learned that her daughter had a gluten intolerance. Rather than letting that diagnosis take away the joy of delicious food, she made a determination to ensure her daughter could still enjoy every bite! What started as patience, care, and a few simple ingredients in a home kitchen has blossomed into the incredible small batch gluten free sourdough bakery that we are so proud to have at the market today!

Every single item at Mico’s Bakehouse is handcrafted in small batches using simple ingredients, long fermentation, and plenty of care.
