DESTINATION PERU — TASTE OF THE ANDES

Join us Thursday, September 17th as the Urban Prime Passport Series takes you on a vibrant culinary journey to Peru — Taste of the Andes.

Beginning at 4 PM, Executive Chef Ercan Ekinci and the Urban Prime culinary team will feature a special menu inspired by the bold flavors and traditions of Peru — from Peruvian Snapper Ceviche and Beef Anticuchos to Lomo Saltado, Pollo a la Brasa, Pan-Seared Mahi a lo Macho, Seco de Res, handcrafted Peruvian-inspired cocktails, and beautiful desserts.

Our regular dinner menu and regular Happy Hour menu will also be available, so everyone can enjoy Urban Prime their way.

Then at 5 PM, the evening comes alive as 3LOGY takes the stage! Enjoy an incredible Latin band performing live from 5 PM–9 PM, bringing the rhythm, energy, and spirit of Latin America to Urban Prime.

Crystal on1 Band is coming to Urban Prime!

Join us Thursday, September 10th from 6 PM to 10 PM as the incredibly talented Crystal Montgomery takes the Urban Prime stage with her 3-piece band for a special night of live music.

Crystal brings an impressive performance career to Viera. She has toured internationally throughout Italy, performing in cities including Milan, Bologna, Turin, Verona, Parma and many more. Her career also includes serving as a backup vocalist for Grammy and Tony Award-winning artist Jennifer Holliday, along with performances at corporate events, weddings, festivals, civic celebrations and major community gatherings.

Known for her powerful vocals, commanding stage presence and ability to connect with an audience, Crystal brings the kind of energy that turns dinner into an experience.

Today, we celebrate the hands, hearts, and determination of the hardworking people who make our communities stronger every single day.

For us at Urban Prime, Labor Day carries a very special meaning. Behind every meal served, every table prepared, every guest welcomed, and every memory created is an incredible team of people who give their time, talent, energy, and heart. I am deeply grateful for every member of our Prime Family and for the dedication they bring through our doors each day.

We also honor all of you who work tirelessly for your families and your dreams—the teachers, first responders, healthcare professionals, small-business owners, hospitality workers, tradespeople, entrepreneurs, and countless others whose work helps build this beautiful community we are blessed to call home.

The Urban Prime Passport Series continues, and our next destination takes us to the vibrant flavors, colors, and culinary traditions of South Africa.

Join us Thursday, September 10th for a special evening inspired by the Cape, where bold spices, coastal flavors, beautiful wines, and South African traditions come together at Urban Prime.

Our culinary team has created a special menu featuring dishes inspired by the diverse flavors of South Africa—from Cape Malay influences and peri-peri spices to beautifully prepared seafood, premium meats, and decadent desserts.

Friday, September 4th, get ready for an incredible night of live music, Latin rhythms, great food, handcrafted cocktails, and nonstop energy as we welcome 3LoGy to Urban Prime.
3LoGy is a dynamic trio bringing decades of combined experience, musicianship, and incredible stage presence. Their sound moves through salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaetón, cumbia, and Top 40 favorites, creating a high-energy performance built to bring people together.
Members of 3LoGy have performed with international icons including Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez, Ruben Blades, Carlos Vives, and Gente de Zona.
