This weekend we are running a BOGO in our freezer section on fish ribs, collars, heads and back bones! Those of you that know…know. Collars are often referred to as “fish wings” They have a TON of meat on them. Both the collars are great grilled, fried or baked. And the back bones and heads are great for stock for a nice chowder on a dreary day…like today! BOGO is for equal or lesser value, open till 6:30 today..11-4 Sunday! Let’s get cooking yall!
