Memphis Meat Processing & Butchering We are a small, independent abattoir with a passion for artisan butchery. All of our beef is dry aged for 10-14 days and processed in house.

At Memphis Meat Processing, we provide our community with high quality, local beef, bison, and pork from farmers with ethical practices. Our USDA inspection allows us to sell directly to the consumer with the highest standards possible.
