Tomato season's upon us, and we're hungry! 🍅

We couldn't think of a better way to kick off the season than with a summertime staple: a BLT.
It's classic. It's simple. It's ✨fresh✨.

A true epicurean knows a BLT is not a bacon sandwich; it's a TOMATO sandwich. The tomato should be the star!

While grocery store tomatoes are convenient, they're often picked before they've had a chance to fully ripen, meaning you miss out on some of the incredible flavor and texture that make summer tomatoes so special. This Friday, July 3, we're celebrating 40 years of Agricenter Farmers Market with a special day in the big red barn!

Since the market will be closed on Saturday, July 4, many of your favorite farmers, growers, bakers, makers, and local vendors will be set up on Friday just like a Saturday market, so it's the perfect time to stock up for your holiday weekend.
