Open Air Farm Market Co‑Manager (June–October)
Six days a week, you’ll run the show at our bustling outdoor market — a place where fresh produce, friendly faces, and fast-paced days all collide. If you love the smell of ripe peaches in the morning and can juggle inventory, staff, and customers with a smile, you might be our person.

What You’ll Do:

• Market Operations — Keep things running smoother than a well‑oiled tractor.
• Inventory & Coordination — Work with our farmer, manage stock, and stay ahead of the rush.
• Sales & Promotions — Make local produce irresistible (bonus points if you can hype zucchini).
• Team Leadership — Lead with energy, humor, and problem‑solving magic.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves fresh food, thrives in organized chaos, and can think three steps ahead — because market days wait for no one.
