While sitting under the streetlights at a café, on a cobblestone street in Lithuania 2 years ago, sipping “Gilių Kava” He knew exactly what he was going to do with all our acorns from now on!
The Gilių Kava process is very labor intensive, starting with the month long gathering of the acorns from an oak seedling my Uncle Ron gave us nearly 30 years ago!
The Gilių Kava is already lightly sweetened, and the teas are best sweetened with raw honey.
