There might be a few much needed rain drops but the heavier rain is forecasted for later in the afternoon. Early produce items will be available, plus we will have lots of baked goods, honey, eggs and some crafts. Stop up town!

For you green thumb gardeners out there, would you like to “adopt” a 10-20’ section of landscaping behind the farmers market area, towards the train cars? You would be able to plant and arrange low-growing flowers and plants plus maintain that area. You could place a small sign or plaque in there too.
There will be a 6’ wide asphalt hike/bike trail laid next to the curb, so we will actually have to move some existing foliage back a little. We have several spots available. Here are some spots already adopted.

We are less than two months away from opening day at the Farmers Market!
Here is the line up of approved vendors.

Fresh Local Produce:
Brown’s Garden, Salander Farms, Casey Kent Farm, Krissy and Josh- Red Ogre Gardens and Legacy Farms. Plus, from time to time, Meddling Sheep Mushrooms, Addy’s Acres Garlic, Dog Patch Maple Syrup.
Double H Family Farms Meats.
Bryon’s Bees Honey.
Jeans Plants.

Several of our vendors are now Licensed Egg Dealers.

Baked Goods:
Rita’s Kitchen, Home & Hearth, Kellen Farm (June only), Jessica Rose Bakery, Legacy Farms.

Crafters:
Starved Rock Candles,
Pyro Pony Studios, White Pines Crafts, Unique Embroidery and My Healing Garden, Legacy Farms with goats milk soap and more.

We will have a couple other vendors, plus several other specialty vendors appearing 1-3 x later in the season.
