Y'all have to try this at home!!! One of my favorites for sure!!!

Filled with a cheddar cheese mixture layered in between thick slices of summer tomatoes makes this the best tomato pie. There's no better way to close out summer than making this delicious southern recipe.

It's Tomato-City here at the stand this Labor day weekend. Come on down and get some of the biggest Maters y'all ever seen!!! We also just got in some "Tequila Bell Peppers" they turn blue when you cook them!!! Cajun boiled peanuts are hot and ready now too. See y'all soon!!!
