We will be open on Monday, February 16, 2026 from 8 am til noon and than 1 - 5 pm I thought this might help if anyone still needs to pick up their deer order.

2025 We will be processing deer again this year as always. A canceled & signed PAPER permit is required for each deer brought in. The date the deer is harvested needs to be punched. A game warden needs all of this for their information . The date cannot be punched when it is on a phone.

2025 Do NOT let anyone test/take the glands out of your deer when checking it in. We will not take the deer if you do let them.

Saturday, November 8, 2025 and Sunday, November 9, 2025 we will be open from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Monday, November 10, 2025 we will be open 8 am to 5:00pm.

2025. We accept whole carcass with the hide on. Field dress the animal after the harvest. If you want the loin (on the inside back leg) remove it after field dressing it. It is dried out when it gets to us.

Do NOT skin or quarter the carcass.

We also accept clean boneless meat. Cut as much fat off, cut out any bloodshot and singe the hair. Do NOT put in a scented garbage bag. Use food grade bags like ziplocks.

2025 We will be open from 10:30 am - 8:00 pm on Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16, 2025. We will also be open the same hours the following weekend November 22nd and 23rd.

Nov 22 and 23, 2025 is the last weekend we will be open.

Starting Nov 24th Monday - Friday we will be open from 8:00 am - Noon. Reopen 1:00 - 5:00pm

2024. The last day we will take any deer / deer meat for this year is Friday, January 17, 2025.

Remember to bring a paper canceled permit with you.

2025 Do NOT put boneless deer meat in scented garbage bags. The chemical used to keep the trash from smelling ruins/spoils the meat. We will not accept any meat that is spoiled.

Do NOT grind any meat you bring to us.

2025 No products (example, sticks, jerky etc) are made or will be given out until December. We will be setting a date for Christmas pickup later.

We will cut up steaks, roasts and burger that can be picked up in approximately 72 hours arrangements will need to be made when the deer is brought in. You will need to check availability if you have any questions.

2025 There is a $50.00 per deer rush fee. If you have any questions please call. When you call or come in will determine when the steaks, roasts and burger can get done.

No products can be rushed as we don’t have those cooked and ready til Christmas.
