For sale we have a Hobart 4246 series heavy-duty commercial meat mixer-grinder
Capacity: Holds up to 140 lbs of meat in the hopper.
Grind Rate: Processes 55 to 60 lbs of fresh boneless beef per minute (or 60 to 65 lbs of pork per minute) using standard plates
Motors: Separately powered drive systemsβa 1 HP motor for the heavy-duty mixing arm and a powerful 5 HP to 7.5 HP motor for the grinding worm (depending on the exact subtype).
Grinding System: Features Hobart's exclusive Wedge cylinder designed to pull meat efficiently from the hopper and prevent bridging. It accommodates size #32 knives and plates
Design & Safety Features:Sanitation: The mixing arm, conveyor screw, cylinder, and drive shaft seal are all readily removable to simplify cleaning.
Controls & Safety: Features up-front, waterproof controls. An electrical interlock switch automatically stops the motors if the hopper lid is raised.
Hopper Flexibility: The counterbalanced lid can be easily converted for left- or right-side loading
