Well, the holiday season is upon us...I just wanted to remind all my friends out there that I'm still here, still baking and making truffles...

Not only are my truffles great holiday presents, but if you really want holiday baked goods but don't have time to create them...I'm available to be your 'secret' baker (I'll create finished cookies or frozen dough for you to bake fresh at home...I have a couple of repeat clients who would tell you it's worked really well for them)

(for Sunny...I'm sorry but I still only do local work, no shipping...I haven't worked out decent procedures for getting the chocolate there in a cost effective way)

Hi all, it's February and St. Valentine's Day is around the corner. I'm taking orders for valentine's truffles. Same flavors and price as below (from around Christmas time). If you want to add your order please let me know soonish....I'm planning to get going this weekend, early next week to deliver them the weekend before V-day.

In case you're thinking ahead to the holidays....please note the following math:

Godiva truffles, 12 piece (8oz of product) - $25.00
Gabi's artisanal truffles, 12 piece (between 10-12 oz of product) - $22.00

Admittedly, I have a more limited range of flavors, but each truffle is hand formed & dipped and provides a truly intense chocolate experience.
