Usually, this would be telling you what fruit we would be expecting and when. Unfortunately, this year, the weather in Utah has been terribly mercurial.

March was really warm, so the trees blossomed about a month early, which had us thinking we’d get fruit sooner than usual. But then April hit with two pretty hard freezes, and that ended up killing the fruit.

We’re  terribly disappointed about it, and of course the farmers who provide our fruit are devastated.  Please keep them in your thoughts.

We are looking into finding fruit we can bring in that would match the same quality we usually have. I’ll definitely let you know if anything changes!

Thank you all for making our last peach truck such a smooth and wonderful experience! 

 

We took a little break after the rush, and now we're back, getting things organized for our first apple truck on October 22nd.

 

 

I’m also working on bringing in Jonathan apples, and possibly Rome apples, for our October 29th truck.

We are excited to open up orders for the September 17th truck, which will be loaded with:

🌿 A quick note about Lemon Elbertas: 

Mother Nature had other plans this season. We expected a full supply this week, but the fruit didn’t ripen as hoped. Instead, we’ll be receiving a limited number of 20 lb boxes priced at $40. 

 

While it’s not the volume we anticipated, the flavor is still fantastic.

 

To help fill the gap, we’re bringing in extra Angelus peaches—$45 per box (~30 lbs)—and there will be plenty to go around.

 Angelus peaches will be replacing both the Diamond Princess and Zee Lady varieties. Angelus are large, juicy, and full of classic peach flavor—perfect for fresh eating or preserving.

🍇 Blackberries are still coming off the vine and looking beautiful. If you’d like to add blackberries to your August 27th truck, just call or text and I’ll be happy to add them for you.
