To celebrate AAPI Heritage month, we are holding another cooking class! This time featuring one of Indonesia's national dishes, 𝘯𝘢𝘴𝘪 𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨 (fried rice) and a beloved favorite from our kitchen, 𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘪 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘶𝘳 𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘦 (kale in coconut curry) ⋆˙⟡

NOTE: this class will involve hands-on participation in pairs - you and another participant will work together towards preparing each dish.

exactly a month ago we shared our recipes for delicious & healthy Indonesian dishes: 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘩 (vegetable in coconut stew) and 𝘨𝘢𝘥𝘰-𝘨𝘢𝘥𝘰 (mixed veggie salad with peanut sauce) To everyone who signed up for the class & joined us in cooking together - it was a joy to have you in our kitchen!
