Just a reminder that we are still booking for our mid August drop off at R&R Processing in Auxvasse. We have a few spots left to get in on this load. Bastian Show Calves & Bastian Cattle Co will be your contact point once we sell out of retail cuts. Bulk orders are $4.40/pound based on hanging weight payable to Bastian Cattle Co and then approximately 85 cents a pound payable to R&R Processing for butchering fees.

The ground beef and brisket burger is gone. Most of the patties and many of the steaks are gone as well. We're down to one freezer of retail meat left for sale. NO DELIVERY to CarQuest tonight but Melinda will be there next Wednesday, July 15th at 5 pm. Get your orders in while there's still meat to eat.

WOW! I know we just updated the price sheet yesterday but here's what's left today. It's going quickly! And don't forget all roasts are currently $7/pound while supplies last. We had a customer yesterday plan on smoking a bunch of roasts over the long weekend and then freezing them for quick meals a variety of ways. Hope to see you at the Mexico Farmers Market this Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon! We'll have the photo backdrop and props, flag giveaways, and we hear Mylene with Moore than Sweets is breaking out the slushie machines this weekend for Frozen Lemonade Slushies!

As we are closing out the retail sale of beef, we are looking to sell this 3 door commercial True freezer. We had the compressor professionally replaced about 2 years ago and it has been well maintained. Asking $3,000.
