Wow!!
Have you ever smoked a beef neck bone?
This is the richest flavored meat on the entire animal.
This will be my go to if I want to impress guests in the future.
Coated in our brisket rub, smoked at 225 for 4 hours, then wrapped in foil at 300 for another 4 hours. Falling off the bone. Our family is cleaning up every scrap.

The good news is, every animal has as many neck bones as briskets, so we have plenty. Try it!
