Did you know we offer a year round, free-choice CSA through our farm ? Shop at Roots anytime we’re open and choose from a wide variety of vegetables, some fruits, seedlings.. and wreaths for the holidays. All organic, grown right in Williamstown with fresh deliveries almost daily!

Stop in this week if you’re building Easter baskets 🧺 or planning your holiday table. You’ll find small gifts, felted animals, a restock on earrings from Soma & Spark Designs and Found & Feral, a bookshelf full of books on gardening, cooking, and tinned fish, seeds, greeting cards, and cabbage leaf pottery!

🥧 Easter pies from Story Road Kitchen arrive Wednesday, April 1. Quantities are limited, so plan to shop early if you’d like one for your gathering.

🌸 Cold hardy pansies arrive Thursday, April 2. A simple way to bring some spring color to your doorstep while we wait for the season to fully arrive. Von Trapp delivers fresh tulips on Thursdays, too. 🌷

WE ARE HIRING! 🌱 We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Lead Produce & Meat Buyer to oversee all fresh produce procurement and maintenance. This mid-level leadership role owns the vision, planning, and ex*****on of our produce program, with a strong emphasis on local farm relationships, seasonality, quality standards, and financial performance.

This hands-on role works closely with our farm, Bear Roots Farm, and regional growers, sourcing high-quality produce, managing inventory, and helping shape the identity of our farmer-owned market.

📍 Roots in Middlesex, VT
⏰ Full-time (40 hrs/week)
💰 $21–22/hr + staff perks
