Middletown Seafood Market MSM has been in Middletown DE since 2008 on Cochran Square at the corner of Main & Broad Streets. Our seafood is delivered fresh daily! Not a restaurant.

We stock lots of seafood goodies you won't find in the supermarkets. If you want something out of the ordinary just let us know and we can usually have it in a day or two if it's is season. The new owner of our building took over the kitchen so we no longer have the facilities to prepare food. We do, however, still steam shrimp for free. We're family-owned and operated and we can assure you we have the best quality seafood around!

It's been a tough couple weeks with the cold weather and ice closing all the oyster and clam beds up and down the east coast. Fortunately a few operations were able to open Sunday, and we were able to arrange for a fresh shipment of clams and shucked oysters from Virginia for delivery Thursday or Friday, depending on the pending snowstorm. We have a nice selection of fish in our case, along with our homemade crabcakes, Maine lobster tails, wild North American shrimp and other goodies. Stop by and check us out!

Spring has arrived! Check out our selection of fresh fish. Shad are now running and we have access to boneless fillets, whole fish and shad roe. Call at least a day ahead and we will have it delivered fresh for you. Oysters continue to be very popular this time of year, and we have pints of shucked Virginia selects, and in the shell, Connecticut bluepoints as well as seaside Chincoteagues and Cooke's Cocktails from Prince Edward Island. We can also special order a number of other delicious oysters (minimum 6 doz. per order) from the West Coast, New England, Canada and Europe. Our cases are well stocked with fresh fish of all varieties, most of which are wild-caught from U.S. waters. We also continue to carry preservative-free wild caught shrimp from the Pacific coast, freshly shucked "dry" sea scallops from New Brunswick, Cape May or Chincoteague depending on the season. Please stop by and check us out! We also serve a full menu of seafood items prepared in our kitchen to enjoy on site or at home. If you're 21 or over, you can also enjoy our food at Sully's Irish Pub in the front half of our location on Cochran Square in the heart of historic downtown Middletown

We have jumbo Alaskan king crab legs in stock and they're going fast at $19.50 / lb. Chester River #1 jimmies are starting to come in now at $185 a bushel, $95 a half bushel and $34 a dozen (live or steamed). Also a large selection of the freshest fish and shellfish in the region! Don't waste your money on supermarket seafood. Give us a try...you won't be dissapointed!
