Just too clear up some confusion.... we accept the purple and white checks on the left that are distributed to elderly and expectant/young mothers. That program used to be called WIC checks (now called FMNP which stands for Farmer's Market Nutrition Program). Now the term WIC is used for the card in the picture on the right and that program is for grocery stores, which we are not. We can't accept the WIC cards. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Open regular hours all weekend, including Labor Day, from 9am to 7pm!

All 3 varieties of corn today! 🌽

New: fall squash, pumpkins, Indian corn, neck pumpkins, gourds, 4 apple varieties 🍏🍎

On it's way out: 🍑peaches, 🌶hot peppers, 🫐blueberries, bulk section(final weekend for onions, green beans and maybe red beets).

It has begun......🎃

🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏Woo-hoo! We've got 3 new apple varieties for tomorrow. We've been worrying all summer about what this fall would look like given the spring blossom freeze. We were hearing that 75% of the apple crop was lost and didn't know what that would look like for us. In year's past we've had up 18 apple varieties available at the stand. While we don't think we'll hit that number this year, we are grateful that some orchards in northern PA made it through better than was anticipated.

Apple #1: Zestar.... yes, you read that right. Normally we would have had them back in August and would just be finishing up with that variety, but from up north they are just starting, and we've got some!

Apple #2: Ginger Gold.... we've never had this one before, but Wowza, they are beautiful 😍

Apple #3: Royal Gala.... they are small this year, but as they say, good things come in small packages!

We also still have honey crisp too.

I took pictures tonight after we got them set up and it made me so happy!

Just a reminder, we will be open regular hours all weekend and including Labor Day, 9am to 7pm.

And yes, pumpkins and squash are coming next!
