Cheffie's Downstairs again Simple technics of food hello my name is Doreen, i have been cooking for well over 32 years and have been the sous chef and chef for the last 28yrs.

i am conscious of GMO's in the food chain. I have spent over a year calling different food companies from all over the world to know what in my professional kitchen has a GMO ingredient in. Unfortunately this stuff is all over the place, so i try to make my specials free of such ingredients..... i try to make as much of my menu from scratch as possible, and with local foods, here on Aquidneck Island RI as possible.... when i was younger i wanted to be an artist,....but i got hungry ;)
