Sorry we didn’t make it to Midvale Farmers Market this week! We were a day late on getting bread made! Sourdough bread with fresh milled organic flour is in the stand, a few sourdough brownies, sourdough zucchini bread and now we have some fresh coffee roasted here at 4 Up Farms!

Miss Carol has begun her sabbatical for the next few months! Milk production falls onto Miss B-despite her best efforts this smoke has caused her to drastically reduce production. Thanks to our wonderful raw milk consumers we need more than she can provide-on that note we have another cow to add to our little group of phenomenal 4h cows but our retrieving her has been delayed by our fires, as well as, the eastern Washington fires.
Milk is still available daily in the farmstand at 4 Up Farms but due to the reduced production milk supply is limited for the next week or 2 until we can run up and get “Pie” to help us provide more quality raw milk for our community. Feel free to reach out if you have come for milk but don’t see any as we may have some cooled and ready. Just a reminder that the milk labeled on the bottom shelf is for the people on our list for a weekly scheduled pickup and is reserved.

Busy day for 4 Up Farms! The Kids are set up at Midvale Farmers Market with all kinds of sourdough and dairy goodies. We are set up at Grit D Grange’s revival market in Weiser with all kinds of goodies! Fresh milk is on the shelf in the farmstand and at Grit D Grange!

Hey Farmstand visitors! This weekend we will have plenty of milk, eggs, and shrub. Baked goods will come the beginning of the week as we got busy haying this week and the baker had a weekend clinic for her off the farm job!

Don’t worry farmstand shoppers! 4 Up Farms didn’t want to leave you without some tasty treats-we didn’t want farmers market to buy up all the goodies so the stand is stocked with all things sourdough-cinnamon rolls, peach cobbler, apple cobbler, assorted breads, chocolate chip cookies, and the highly sought after melt in your mouth brownies! Not to mention fresh cheese curds, raw milk, and eggs.
