It’s the best time of year to put food on bread 🥰 the farmers bounties are really coming in strong and we are so grateful for it 🍆
This eggplant parm 🙌🏼 crispy eggplant cutlet with sliced and lightly salted tomato. Tom put something green on there and Some house-made cracked pepper aioli, prosciutto di Parma, and a cheese of some sort, all between two pieces of delicately grilled sourdough bread slices with a small drizzle of olive oil. . It’s juicy, savory, sweet, salty, and messy. It’s how food should be. Made in house, from scratch, with local ingredients.
