The vision for “Hit The Spot Mobile Foods” came from a small group of individuals who became tired of working long hard hours to make money for other people. This small group of chefs and previous business owners decided it was time to bring their individual skills together to form a strong backbone to a service that is needed in Connecticut.“Hit The Spot Mobile Foods” will have different services

that will be offered to different target markets. The first service will be grab & go lunches mon-fri, The lunches will be served mainly cold, prepackaged with a few hot options; perfect for those who are on the go and want a healthy and quality product; at an affordable price. The target market is the goers of bars and late night clubs on Friday and Saturday nights. The third and fourth service offered will be a combined selling of our condiments that are used in our dishes. The selling outlet for the condiments will be through our web store (Coming soon!). The final service that will be offered is adaptable catering, Our passion for making the best possible food for our guests to enjoy paired with the knowledge to produce simplistic food in a way that feels high quality is what will be the driving force behind our business.
