Celebrate Cinco de Mayo the right way with this Heini’s queso recipe! 🔔💃 This recipe features our signature Heini’s Fiesta Jack and Heini’s Hot Jalapeño cheeses for an authentic kick with local roots.

Ingredients:

1 lb Heini’s Fiesta Jack (shredded)

1/2 lb Heini’s Hot! Jalapeño Pepper Cheese (shredded)

1 cup Whole Milk

1 can (10 oz) Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (drained)

A pinch of cumin and fresh cilantro for topping

Instructions:

In a heavy saucepan or small slow cooker, combine your shredded Heini’s cheeses and milk over low heat.

Stir constantly until the cheese is silky smooth and fully melted.

Fold in the diced tomatoes and green chilies, letting the flavors meld for 5 minutes.

Pour into a bowl, garnish with cilantro, and serve with plenty of salty tortilla chips!
