I missed advertising on Feb 2, Groundhog day and Jan 10, Peculiar People's day but we're always open. Recently had someone call and say they're accumulating some ground hog, c**n, šŸ¦ and possum meat and wandered what we could make with it. I told them 'bring it in we'll make sticks, sausage and baloneys'. šŸæļøšŸ— Instead they brought in some 🪿goose and šŸ¦† duck for us to smoke.

We'll thaw it, debone it, and turn it into something good. On a different note. Ask us about finding a or for your freezer.

From start to finish, here’s how our jerky is made: thinly sliced, vacuum-tumbled in brine, carefully laid out on drying racks, slow-smoked, then packed up fresh for you. We don’t use added preservatives to make it shelf-stable at room temperature, so it’s best kept in the fridge, where it will last for several weeks, or in the freezer, where it will stay good for up to a year.
