We create a variety of handmade meat delicacies and gourmet items that we sell to the public. We are a custom meat shop that uses old world artisan craftsmanship to handcraft meat delicacies. We have a State of Alabama Health Permitted Facility for our gourmet sausage business. Adrian was born and raised in South Africa and was trained in the art of old school butchery and sausage making. He obtai

ned his degree in the 80's in South Africa and is a certified Master Butcher. Adrian came to America in 1998 after meeting his American wife Cat on one of her visits to South Africa. Together they created Hunters Gold. Adrian worked as a meat market manager at Winn Dixie as well as other stores and Catherine a high school teacher over the years. They processed meats at night and during deer season. They built the business from the ground up. We are currently offering to the public our hand made meat specialties out of chicken, pork and beef. You can purchase a variety of hand made gourmet sausages, steaks, thick cut pork chops, whole chickens, chicken breast, bacon, breakfast sausage, thunder eggs and more for your grill. Our meat shop is currently open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9-6. Our meat shop will be open all year long. We are not a slaughter facility.
