My pickings from yesterday!!! I tried some new canning recipes. I have a couple of cowboy candy, hot sauce, Cayenne sauce, Tabasco sauce, sweet and garlic dill pickles. I made some extra HOT salsa and I canned tomatoes, onion, and okra from my garden. Furthermore, I made a new mango, strawberry, sweet and hot pepper jelly. Here are my latest two harvests. The first two were from last weekend and the last one is from this morning. I think this might be my last big harvest of tomatoes. I hope not, but we shall see. I'm going to be doing some more canning today, and hopefully with new recipes. I will keep you posted on what the progress is if you would like to purchase any.

Like I said, I'm trying out new ideas and recipes. I did make more Caribbean sweet and hot sauce and paste, some more minced jalapenos, cayenne peppers and Tabasco pepper sauce. My latest new items are canned garlic, canned sweet lemon cucumbers (they don't taste like lemons), canned tomatillos, and kosher garlic dill pickles.

I now have more of the Mango hot & sweet sauces/salsas. Jalapeno hot sauce, Red Fresno chili pepper sauce, Cayenne pepper sauce, Tabasco pepper sauce and my newest Caribbean hot and sweet pepper sauce and paste. I also have lots canned pickles and I will be working on some more homemade Rotel tomatoes. PM if you are interested.

My lastest harvest. The heat is taking a toll on my tomatoes. Needless to say, my windowsill is full of ripening tomatoes, lol. I am working on some new recipes for canning and canning some old recipes. I will get these peppers canned up and turned into yummy sauces and salsas by this weekend. Stay tuned...
