☀️ Sun’s out, shears are away! ☀️
We are finished pruning means the countdown to bloom is officially ON! We’ve been out here since February braving the late winter chill to get every single branch just right, and wrapping up under this gorgeous sun was absolutely perfect.

I have to give a huge shoutout to our favorite furry family helpers! Having them join us in the orchard always makes the work so much more fun!

Here are our beloved Macoun apples. Take a look at the before-and-after of our thinning process! 😲 Pruning is an essential step to ensure that each apple gets enough nutrients and sunshine to grow large, crisp, and perfectly flavorful.

Who are our big Macoun apple fans out there? We are crossing our fingers and toes hoping for a much better crop of these beauties this year! 🍎

We are officially going to be on "blossom watch" now, just waiting for those tiny buds to wake up and turn the entire orchard into a sea of white! Stay tuned for more updates as the orchard wakes up!

While the trees are still catching their winter Z’s, we’re out here fueled by coffee and dreams of a crisp fall harvest! 🍎✨

Winter pruning might look like a lot of "twig-wrangling," but it’s actually the secret sauce to our best fruit. By giving the trees a little haircut now, we’re making sure every branch gets the perfect amount of sunlight and energy to grow those big, juicy apples you love come autumn.

It’s chilly work, but seeing these rows get ready for action makes it all worth it. We’re officially counting down the days until the orchard is full of fruit (and you guys!).

Pre-Order pick up this Saturday from 9am-1pm. We will also be open to the public because we’ve been busy and truly having such a great time in the kitchen that we ended up with a few extra goodies tucked away in the freezer.

If you didn’t get a chance to pre-order but still want a homemade caramel apple pie, dutch apple pie, or some cherry, apple, or raspberry turnovers, you’re in luck! We have a limited amount available.

Be sure to stop by early and grab yours, because once they’re gone… they’re gone until next season. Our baking crew has officially wrapped up for the year, so this is your last chance to take home a taste of Hawk’s Orchard for 2025.

Sorry no warm apple cider donuts, as the donut machine is off till 2026.

But if you’re looking to stock up on a few more treats, we’ll have a limited selection of Skarda Maple Syrup, Zeimet Family Farm Salsa, soup mixes, jams, and other delicious goodies perfect for gifting or enjoying during the chilly months ahead.

Wow, what a season! Thank you to everyone who came out, visited, chatted, laughed, and made memories with us. That’s honestly our favorite part of the orchard, getting to be part of so many happy moments and meeting such amazing folks along the way!

As we close out another wonderful year, we wish you all a warm, safe, happy, and healthy winter season. ❄️

This is our last weekend of 2025! 9034 N Serns Rd., Milton, WI 53563. Stop on out and enjoy the taste of fall with warm apple cider donuts, warm locally made apple cider, warm turnovers and our homemade 3 # apple pies, grab them while they last! Our stock of apples is running low. See below for remaining varieties.

Thank you all for an amazing 2025 season! Timber Hill Winery will be here "cheering us off" with their amazing Mocktails and Wines on Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm. Thank you for supporting our local small businesses!

We have our cooked turnovers and Homemade apple pies while supplies last, and take and bake options in our freezer! We have our fresh made raw apple cider, you can freeze it as well to enjoy later next year as well, just pour a few inches off the top and enjoy, then place it in your freezer for a later date!

It's going to feel like fall this weekend... So why not stop on out for the Pumpkin Extravaganza! Any pumpkin is $5 or fill a cart for $25!🎃 Free wagon rides to the pumpkin patch 10 to 3 Saturday and Sunday.

Warm up with a hot cider or coffee and don't miss out on the customer favorite "Loaded Float" . The Loaded Float is fall in a cup with apple cider slushie, vanilla ice cream, apple cider donut topped with Guths homemade caramel.

It might not feel like sweater weather just yet, but we’re bringing all the cozy fall vibes your way this weekend with fun activities, tasty treats, and farm-fresh goodies for the whole family! Try our refreshing Apple Cider Slushie a perfect mix of crisp and cool or go big with our new Loaded Float, featuring apple cider slushie!

On Sunday from 10AM to 2PM, don’t miss our Decorate Your Own Donut activity! For just $3, you can design your own delicious donut with a variety of fun toppings. Tickets for this activity are available for purchase inside the store.

Sunday just got sweeter! From 9AM to 1PM, A&B Açai will be at the orchard serving up their delicious smoothie bowls and fresh new fall smoothies. Be sure to snap a pic of your favorite and post it to enter A&B Açai's Fall Giveaway, a tasty treat and a chance to win!

The weather may not feel like fall, but come on out for some fun activities and delicious goodies this weekend! Try the refreshing apple cider slushie or the new Loaded Float that is made with apple cider slushie! On Sunday from 10-2 there will be decorate your own donut! There will be a variety of goodies to top your very own donut with - purchase a ticket inside the store for only $3.

FREE tractor rides out to the pumpkin patch, running Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It’s the perfect way to pick your fall pumpkin and enjoy a scenic ride around the farm.

Starting this Saturday and Sunday, enjoy FREE hayrides out to our traditional pumpkin patch from 10-3PM. Pick the perfect pumpkin right off the vine, please remember, it's the real deal with weeds and long vines, so dress accordingly!

🪕On Saturday we will have FREE entertainment so bring out a chair and relax while you listen to Grandpas Elixir Stringband from 11-1:30pm.

Stormy's Grilled Cheese is back at the Orchard this Saturday from 9–2PM! Come hungry and treat yourself to one of their mouthwatering grilled cheese creations, the perfect comfort food!
