Hey y’all!
We are all about adapting and overcoming over here at K & K. We see a problem? We fix it! And we are 100% all about adapting to current climates and adjusting our path as long as it doesn’t affect our vision.
As two small business owners, we must act quickly when a process doesn’t work or overextends us physically and monetarily. We are not a large corporation who can absorb small losses and move on with our day, we make changes.
And changes are here! We love and appreciate our regulars who stop by the stand weekly to check out our goods-even if you just window shop! So thank YOU for your support ❤️
But.
We are adjusting inventory on the stand starting tomorrow Friday 5/29.
We will no longer have bread or baked goods on the stand at random UNLESS there is extra from a batch from a pre-order prepared THAT morning.

& potentially our dry goods like granola and pancake mix. Availability will change daily on those.
This is what you will see on the stand daily from now on. We will continue our normal daily updates with what’s on the stand and what staples we have added.
Our traffic has slowed. DRASTICALLY. I’m saying zero customers in 2 days. Which is WILDLY different from our normal sales. Whether it’s the weather {we get it, it’s rained more days than not this month}, lack of commuters, or our rural location {understandable, we are farrrr from town), it’s happened. And loss of sales means less we can pour back into the stand and into the homestead.
Because, as we have said before, our profits go directly back into the farmstand’s inventory and to the animal’s feed and bedding. Not a penny in our pockets.
We are transitioning to pre-orders ONLY from now on.
1. DM, text, or email us your order. 24-48 hours in advance. 48 hours minimum for sourdough. Pickup days are ONLY Wednesday-Saturday. You choose whether your order is placed on the stand at either 9 am or 4 pm. You pickup at your convenience, no rush to get it.
2. At this time, payment is required when you pickup your goods. No pre payment necessary. That is subject to change.
3. If you would like us to include a countertop staple in your order, please let us know.
We love each and every one of our clients. It makes us deliriously happy to know our baked goods have been shared and enjoyed by many. We hope to return back to our “browse at your own leisure” state sometime in the future.
