The Saint Verdant Tartine is available at National today! We’re taking a toasted and slathering it with a smoky eggplant and tahini baba ganoush! It’s then topped with Happyfarm oven roasted cherry tomatoes and charred baby zucchini dressed in a punchy chermoula sauce spiked with lemon. Given the pause in Smokey weather we’re posting up outside and giving our dining room at National a break from the heat today. We’re still open but no matter how much HVAC we add, the constant opening and closing of the door is too much for our little system. The patio is still open for walk in dining, online ordering is fully operational, and we’re all here slinging brekkie sammies till 2!
