Whipping up some Lard today! Hopefully I will done for the local farmers market. I miscalculated and only have 50 - 16oz Jars 🤦🏾‍♂️ I need more towards 3-400 jars. First successful batch. If y'all remember last year I accidentally ruined 5gallons. 🤣🤣🤣 A very expensive learning curve. Loving these amber Glass Jars though.

Announcement post:

Sorry to everyone for not posting much at all these last few months. As this feels as if it's my duty to keep everyone in the "loop". Not long ago our grounds were somewhat sold from under us.... We still have some of our animals as numbers were drastically reduced.... Lucky a good friend has offered to lend a hand and take in our animals for the time being. On the bright side we have found a lovely piece of land without a house(unfortunately) we are aiming for. Off market!!! BUT.... until then what will become of the future of BlackCountryFarms.... Is unknown to even us. And if be the case we've enjoyed the past few years. Had our ups and downs as well as Major learning curves. So if you can send some positive vibes. And we get the land we'll be back and Bigger than ever. Probably kick off the YouTube so y'all can look in depth to our operation and weekly adventures.

We have revised and modified our "common cut" list to give the customers a little better understanding and variety.

We offer processing/delivery along routes included when purchasing from us but common cuts only. (Specialty cuts are an additional charge)Your common cuts are based on if it's bone in or boneless.
These cuts are for our hogs and include but cannot be interchangeable due to where they may come from.
