We have revised and modified our "common cut" list to give the customers a little better understanding and variety.
We offer processing/delivery along routes included when purchasing from us but common cuts only. (Specialty cuts are an additional charge)Your common cuts are based on if it's bone in or boneless.
These cuts are for our hogs and include but cannot be interchangeable due to where they may come from.
