I insisted I was going to take more pictures today at the Labor Day Festival… let’s laugh together 😆

Thank you all for keeping me VERY busy today! I’m unsure whether or not we will be there tomorrow - the last day. It depends if I can get some supplies to make more food! You all did a pretty good job selling us out of everything 🤯

When we bought the food trailer, the farm was in a very different place and we had very different visions for it and ourselves. For now, this is the only place we take the trailer. The smoker on the trailer has become pretty important for the butcher shop! Both the food trailer and butcher shop are located with Pa Dept. of Agriculture.

We will continue to offer food at the farm occasionally, at our on-farm events, and have options for catering via pans of food. We do not currently do any catering on-site with the food trailer.

There was one couple I know I made a mistake on their change with… their total was supposed to be $23 and I charged them $28. If this was you, please message me because it will haunt me forever 😂 I remember your faces but not the names. I even walked around the festival with $5 in my hand with no luck 🙃

Sunday vibes 😴

We will see you again today at the Forest Hills Labor Day Festival with the food trailer! 🔥🪵

Ben will be holding down the fort at home today. You all are buying up the beef faster than we can grow it… THANK YOU!!! We are out of ground beef and some steaks. We still have plenty of a variety of pork products, and lots of beef roasts, tri-tip, brisket, skirt steaks, flank steaks, chuck steaks + more!

Lots of prep work for a busy weekend! We will see you at the Forest Hills Labor Day Festival this weekend with the food trailer! This is the only event we’ve been to the past year. We do miss taking the trailer out, so maybe you’ll see us out and about this Fall! Life has been a bit crazy 🤪

We are also open at the farm Saturday from 9am to 2pm and Sunday 11am to 2pm! Pork is stocked and most beef is in stock. Steaks are limited right now.

As far as I’m concerned, once the pumpkin coffees are out, it’s fall! 🍁☕️

Trialing some baked goods in the shop today! Carrot cake, pumpkin gobs and banana muffins with chocolate chips and pecans!

We will also have samples of our sweet Italian and maple blueberry sausage! 🫐

Stop by and see us today from 9am to 2pm!

The butcher shop + flower field are open:
Saturday 9am to 2pm
Sunday 9:30am to 11am (8/30)
Tuesday 3pm to 5pm

Saturday we will have samples of our sweet italian sausage, and maple blueberry sausage while supplies last! 🫐

We will also have banana muffins, pumpkin gobs + carrot cake for sale. So many reasons to stop by the farm tomorrow! 🍌🎃🥕
