Fresh sourdough is out of the oven 🍞

Our loaves are ready now—crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, with those beautiful open bubbles throughout. Stop in and grab one while they last.

Those bubbles on the crust aren’t by accident. We use a cold fermentation process, giving the dough more time to develop—resulting in better flavor and that light, airy texture you see in every slice.

Simple ingredients, done the right way.
