We are looking to hire a dependable high school student to clean for us in the evenings. Cleaning must be USDA pre-op ready, which means all equipment must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. 2-3 hours a day 3-5 days a week. MUST BE RELIABLE!!!! Stop by the shop to apply.

If you know Cole you know that he is passionate about his smoked meats. Whether it be bacon, ham, jerky, snack sticks, etc.. and even though all of our awards have been by using the smoker we have now he wanted something a little different. Something that you can control the humidity on,something that you can change the color of the product, etc. this is something we’ve been working towards since we started and we were finally able to make it happen. We designed this smokehouse all the way up to what side the hinges of the door were on. It was built in Oregon and got to us today. To say we are excited to get it all hooked up and running as an understatement. We’re proud of this accomplishment and can’t wait to start slinging some product out of it!
