Thank you so much for joining us at the 2nd Annual Halloween Nokomis Makers Market! It was so great to see the fun costumes and thank you for entering the kid & adult costume contests. We did a raffle and have 2 gift baskets for kids and 2 gift baskets for adults. The kid gift baskets go to: Nicole, 898670 and Quinn, 898662. The adult gift baskets go to: Stephanie, 987029 and Chloe, 987037.

✨ Maker Spotlight! ✨

Meet Logan, of Log's Hot Sauce! "Log's Hot Sauce was launched in Summer 2020 after I found myself locked in my house during the early days of the pandemic with nothing but a full kitchen and too much time on my hands. After testing out different salsa recipes to enjoy with my meals, I decided to explore the world of hot sauce experimentation. After sharing samples of my new creations with friends on Instagram, I received enough positive feedback to make the decision to start a small cottage food operation.

Today, I sell a variety of local, homemade hot sauce at markets. Depending on seasonality, I have anywhere from 5-8 flavors of hot sauce available to sell at my booth. The lineup of sauce flavors ranges from mild (for the average Minnesotan's palette) to super hot (to appease the pepper heads).

The flavors I usually have available at markets are:
Regular Ol' Hot Sauce (Red Jalapeno)
Breakfast Sauce (Habanero, Jalapeno, Bell Pepper)
Serrano Lime
Mango Habanero
Pineapple Habanero
Garlic Habanero
Ghost Pepper
Reaper Madness (Carolina Reaper)"
