Here’s what you need:

* 1 oz SLL Oloroso Barrel 🥃
* 1 oz ALMA FINCA | Orange Liqueur Orange Liqueur 🍊
* Tonic Water 🫧
* Fresh Espresso ☕️

How to make it:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice 🧊
2. Add the rum and orange liqueur 🥃🍊
3. Top with tonic water 🫧
4. Gently float a layer of fresh espresso on top ☕️

☕️ COCKTAIL TIME with Sam (Sam Labernik-Anderson)! We’re kicking off a brand-new coffee cocktail series with number one: we call it “Startin’ Early.” This beauty is a riff on a Carajillo, an upgrade from the espresso martini, and a whole lot more complex. Basically, the perfect excuse to start happy hour early. 😉

Here’s what you need:

* 2 oz Fresh Espresso (or Cold Brew Concentrate) ☕️
* 1 oz Licor 43 USA ✨
* 1 oz SLL El Mayor Extra Añejo 🌵
* 0.5 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram ✨

How to make it:

1. Add everything to a shaker with ice ❄️
2. Shake it up! 💪
3. Pour into a rocks glass 🥃
4. Sip and let the good times begin. 🥳

Complex, rich, spiced, and definitely better than your average espresso martini. ✨
