Some dishes disappear from the menu, but never really go away ❤️

Decades ago, our Combination Plate was a Kramarczuk’s classic — a familiar sight on tables throughout the restaurant and a favorite way to enjoy a little bit of everything

A stuffed cabbage roll, sausage, pierogies, and a side of your choice, all together on one plate

And here’s another little piece of history: the Combination Plate was always intended to feed two people. Of course, over the years we’ve watched plenty of determined customers tackle the whole thing themselves — and somehow still find room for dessert. 😂

While you won’t find it on our regular menu anymore, those in the know can still order it from our secret menu. 😉

If you remember the Combination Plate from years ago, consider this your sign to come back for an old favorite. And if you’ve never had one, now you know the secret

Working in a tiny space definitely keeps things interesting, but it’s also what makes every shift so much fun. If you can’t avoid the chaos, you might as well dance through it ❤️

For years, our Porchetta sandwich has been a summer favorite. This year, we challenged ourselves to capture everything people love about it—those classic Italian herbs, fresh flavors, and satisfying bite—but using something you’ll only find at Kramarczuk’s

Instead of pork, we created our own house-made «Pollo»chetta: juicy, flavorful and lightly smoked chicken lunchmeat, seasoned with traditional porketta spices, sliced thin, and layered on ciabatta with creamy lemon-basil aioli, fresh mozzarella, and peppery arugula
