Good morning everyone, apologies for the long slumber. 🙂
As you’ve probably heard through a grapevine, we are rapidly approaching opening! We had some massive projects that required us to buckle down for renovations and heavy coordination with the city. We’re very proud to have overcame those projects with the shop looking better than ever.
We were pushing for an opening date of September 1st, but had a few final hiccups with the process that pushed us past realistically being open tomorrow. Apologies and we’re sorry to miss everyone tomorrow. We hope you’re having a wonderful Labor Day weekend, celebrating the working class across the world. There are so many things we take for granted that were fought for by those who came before us. I take great hope in the remembrance of their strength.
With that said, consider this our announcement that - We’re back! We’ll be posting updates on our official open date (no backsies), menu teasers, our farmer/artisan partners, and much more within the next week. The most I can say right now is - we’ll see you this month. 😉
For our founders club members and other supporters, not only have we not forgotten about you, but keep an eye on your email for updates. Without you we wouldn’t have weathered the storm, and we can’t wait to see you soon. We’ll make it worth the wait, and look forward to being a part of the neighborhood for many years to come.
