To the Sajady family, food is a universal language. This Mom and three daughter team comes from a large Afghani family who not only spent a lot of time together around the dinner table, but in the kitchen. With Mom at the helm, they learned the delicate art of cooking from fresh ingredients and balancing

flavors. We became a family who loved food, and we’ve got a passion for (okay, obsession with) condiments. It was like ketchup to our family, we put it on everything. AND we are still putting on everything. To honor our Afghani roots, we have named our company Maazah, meaning ‘flavor’ in Farsi. Inspired by Mom’s secret cilantro and ginger chutney recipe, this mouthwatering blend of fresh herbs and spices is the perfect addition to any meal. Maazah turns 6 simple ingredients into a bright, flavorful blend you can dip, spread or drizzle. It's gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, whole30. However you like to eat, you’ll be obsessed!

Maazah Red Pepper Lentil Dip turns crispy falafel, fresh tabouli, and pickled onions into a full-on situation 🤩

Smoky, creamy, with a little kick… this dip is the thing that brings it all together!

INGREDIENTS 
🫓 4 pita breads
🧆 8 falafel balls (store-bought or homemade)
🌿 1 cup tabouli (store-bought or homemade)
🧅 1/2 cup pickled red onions
🍅 1 tomato, diced
🥒 1 cucumber, diced
🌶️ 3-4 tablespoons of Maazah Roasted Red Pepper Lentil Dip

DIRECTIONS 
Step 1
Warm the Pita: Lightly warm the pita breads in a dry skillet or wrap them in foil and heat in the oven for a few minutes until soft and pliable.

Step 2
Prepare the Vegetables: Dice the tomato and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Step 3
Assemble the Wraps: Lay each warmed pita flat. Place 2 falafel balls in the center of each pita. Spoon a generous amount of tabouli over the falafel. Add a handful of pickled red onions, followed by the diced tomato and cucumber.

Step 4
Drizzle the Maazah Roasted Red Pepper Lentil Dip on top generously, wrap it up, and enjoy immediately!!

Keep them coming pls pls pls 🙏🏽 But for real, every single tub you grab genuinely helps us as a small brand. It actually tells Costco “yes we want this, bring them back” and that means EVERYTHING to us so if you see us out in the wild… you know what to do 🥰🥰

My sister and I built Maazah inspired by Mom’s recipes, the same flavors she made for our family for years.

We started at the farmers market, one sample at a time.
Today we took her to to see it on the shelves for the first time.
