Wicked Good

I create wicked good jams and marmalade products with reduced sugar. My citrus marmalade is made wit Wicked Good jams and marmalade are made in small batches.

My products are sold mainly at local farmers markets but also from my home via appointment, so please call with your order. Wicked Good can also make a special order jam or jelly to co-ordinate with your special event, like baby showers, bridal shower, birthday party, or they make great wedding favors. ull of anti-oxidants along with Wicked Good Grapefruit Marmalade. I recently added a Gluten Free Green Muffin. Last year I started making artisan breads and they have been very well received. I get up at 3 in the morning to make them fresh for the markets but due to time and oven limitations, I currently only make 10 -15 loves. I make Rosemary Artisan bread with fresh rosemary which I grow at home. The Rustic Artisan Bread is a mix of different flours and the Rye Bread has all organic ingredients. I like to call myself an urban farmer, since I have made use of every available space in our 2 lot yard. I grow most of the fruit used in the making of my products. Citrus trees include: 3 different orange varieties; 1 Star Ruby Grapefruit; 2 Meyer Lemon; 2 Tangerines. Fruit trees: 3 Plum; 3 Peach, 2 Fig; & 2 Pomegranate trees. I also grow very hot peppers, tomatoes, kale, and seasonal fruit and vegetables. Everything is grown following organic principles. No pesticides nor chemicals of any kind are used in growing my fruit or vegetables. I make my own compost and care responsibly for my trees and plants. All my products are made with fresh fruit and all natural products with names you can pronounce. They are all low sugar with about 60
% less sugar than commercially available jams/marmalade. They are not just good, but Wicked Good!

Good morning, looks like it is going to be a great day! Stop by the Wicked Good stall at the Jackson Street Market Day in Harlingen. We're at our regular spot in front of the El Sombrero Restaurant. Will be here till 3 pm.
