We’ve had quite a few new faces join us lately, so we thought it was a good time to share a little bit about the family behind The Peach Pit! 🍑
The Peach Pit began with John and Tracy Burwell in Bend, Oregon. After many years in Oregon, they made the move back home to Montana to be closer to family…and luckily for all of us, The Peach Pit came with them!
In 2021, we set up our first Peach Pit stand in Missoula, and what started as a small family business has grown into something we are incredibly proud of. If you’ve stopped by over the years, chances are you’ve seen different Burwell kids behind the stand, grandkids running around, and plenty of family and friends lending a hand. ❤️
Now, five years later, we’ve had the chance to meet SO many of you and bring fresh Palisade peaches to Missoula, Helena, and Butte. We continue to be amazed and so grateful for the support our Montana communities have shown us year after year.
As a small, local, family-run business, we truly owe it all to YOU. Every box of peaches you buy, every post you share, every friend you send our way, and every year you come back means more to our family than you know.
We absolutely love getting to be your local peach providers, and we’re so excited to keep growing, meeting more of you, and bringing delicious peaches to our communities for many years to come. 🍑
