Finally on my way to the Missoula Farmers' Market - Since 1972 with two dozen piping hot popovers!

Unfortunately that's all I have today. The crud really did a number on me but I'm starting to feel better. Let's hope I've turned the corner and will be back to my old self soon.

I came down with a crud this week. Not a good idea to do food handling. Will miss the market today. Hopefully it's short term and I'll be all bright and shiny next week.

Hey fans! I am so excited about another summer at Missoula Farmers' Market - Since 1972! The bad news is - I won't be there for the opening market. For those who know me, I am working on saving Democracy this weekend. For those who don't, lets chat!

I'll be at my space almost every weekend this summer (less a couple of dates for family vacations in August and September) with a renewed emphasis in bringing you ALL of the treats you enjoy and maybe even some new items!

It was a pretty dismal winter for me and maybe you. Let's have a great summer!

Popovers, what are they? How do you describe them? Do you know what a Yorkshire pudding is or a Dutch baby? It's essential that.

Okay - it's a thin pancake batter with lots of eggs, milk and butter, poured into a very hot mold, baked In a hot oven that creates an amazing baked treat. Crisp on the outside , eggy

on the inside. It's great by itself, especially still warm or reheated with a smear of cream chee
se and jam or as base for sausage and gravy.

Acadia National Park restaurant is renounced for their popovers. A former employee said mine are better,!

Time to get addicted!!!

Hey loyal fans, you have been so gracious during my winter of funk! Thank you!!!

I'll be at the market on Saturday with an assortment of goodies, definitely those pictured. I'm hoping to have the much loved chocolate biscotti. "Maybe" a cookie or two. I'll try to let you know on Friday what I have accomplished this week. I'm working on improving my mental/emotional ballance to deliver more consistently for you. Always popovers!!!! See you soon!

Hey fans! Sorry to disappoint but I'm feeling really under the weather today and feel it's not a good idea to be baking, so I will be sitting out the Missoula Valley Winter Market tomorrow, Dec 20th.

If there are some specific items you want for the holidays next week, message me and I should be able to get things made the first part of the week.

I should be back on the 27th but will be taking Jan 3rd off to help a friend celebrate her 100th birthday!!!
