🚨 Attention Everyone 🚨

Received the information I was waiting for and I was informed that I will need a license for the shaved ice and Cotton candy that we plan on making/selling at the store. Unfortunately, until I acquire the license that will have to hold off for just a little bit as I want to make sure I am abiding by all laws in regards to things.

However, I was informed that I will be able to bring down a grill and smoke some meat to serve as samples without a license so this way all customers will be able to sample seasonings and sauces with a small meat sample. I will talk to the chamber and ensure this will be ok but this be a good opportunity for everyone to experience new flavors before purchasing. Once I get that cleared then I will let everyone know with another post.

Waiting for some info to come back but the plan is when we open, we are looking to serve shaved ice with 9 flavors as well as cotton candy in addition to the main inventory. Also, I’m looking at smoking some meat to have some samples for the seasonings and sauces. Looking forward to the grand opening coming soon within 2 weeks.
