Come say hello! We'll be inside Building B, right next to the Save Mart California Kitchen, all weekend long (Friday–Sunday, 10 AM–7 PM).

Stop by to sample some of our favorite award-winning olive oils and vinegars, meet members of the Sciabica family, and let us help you find your next favorite flavor.

If you're around on Friday, don't miss our Director of Quality, Craig Hilliker, as he leads two fun olive oil tasting and education sessions in the Taste of California Classroom (2:00–2:30 PM & 3:00–3:30 PM).

And on Saturday, join Andrew and Nicholas Sciabica at the Save Mart California Kitchen from 1:30–2:30 PM for a live cooking demonstration all about cooking with extra virgin olive oil.

2026 marks our 90th anniversary. 🎉🫒

Ninety years. It's honestly hard to believe. Our great-grandpa Nicola started pressing olive oil in Modesto back in 1936 doing it the slow, old-fashioned way.

Heavy sacks of olive paste, squeezed by hand, oil coming out drop by drop, just like they'd done it for generations back in Italy.

And he set the rule we've followed ever since: make the best olive oil you possibly can, and treat the people who buy it like family.

Ninety years and five generations later, nothing about our mission has changed. Same family. Same care and quality in every single bottle. 💚

Trust us on this one. 🍋🍨Lemon olive oil + vanilla ice cream + a pinch of sea salt. That's the whole recipe.
