Western Meat Processing is located at 725 Zeff Rd Modesto Ca 95351 We sell USDA boxed beef. We can also source a full beef carcass or half beef carcass for you from local growers here in the Central Valley, we can cut& wrap to your specs and even deliver it to you. There are so many options and so many questions to answer that if you are interested you can call us at 209-417-2799 and we can answer all of you questions. Depending on the carcass and yields, you boxed beef from your purchased steer could be anywhere from 400Lb to 550Lb of boxed product for a total cost of $7.50 to $8.50 per pound.

WE ARE BAAAACK!!! By popular demand. Many of our customers keep calling and asking if and when we would open our Western Meat Slaughterhouse retail room again??? We will be open on FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS ONLY!!! Starting Friday April 10th at 8 am. Keep an eye out for our product and pricing list, we will post tomorrow Friday April 3rd!!!!
