It's that time to start thinking about thawing your turkey! 🦃

Remember to practice proper food safety this Thanksgiving by thawing your turkey in either the refrigerator or using cold water. It takes 24 hours for every 4 to 5 pounds of turkey weight to thaw in the fridge or 30 minutes per pound of turkey weight when submerged in cold water.

Closing for the SUMMER - 8/20/24.

We went from desert to deluge this summer! Defiantly a challenging summer to grow anything!

Thank GOD, it turned out OK...

That being said we have made a decision to close the vegetable stand for the summer. The kids and our summer help are
BACK TO SCHOOL and college and work!

It's time for this farmer to "take a vacation."
