We’re between harvests, so a few of your favorites may be missing—but the freezers still have plenty of goodies for your fall meals! You’ve cleaned us out of ground beef and bacon, and we’re planning to refill those basics and more in mid-October. Thank you for keeping us busy! ❤️

🌮 Make fajita night easy!

Our 3NLivestock fajita beef comes already sliced into convenient strips and packaged in 1-pound packages. Simply season it with your favorite fajita seasoning, then quickly cook it in a hot skillet with sliced peppers and onions.

Serve it in warm tortillas with cheese, salsa, sour cream or your family’s favorite toppings. It’s also delicious over rice, on a salad or turned into loaded fajita nachos!

Stop in during our Thursday evening hours and pick up an easy dinner for the weekend.

We have lots of beef short ribs in the freezer, and they’re perfect for a hearty, fall-style meal!

Try them:

🍲 Braised low and slow with onions, carrots and potatoes
🔥 Smoked until tender and finished with barbecue sauce
🥘 Cooked in the slow cooker with beef broth and seasonings
🌮 Shredded for tacos, sandwiches or loaded baked potatoes

However you prepare them, the secret is giving them plenty of time to cook until they’re fall-apart tender!
