If you didn't see my story yesterday, then Lemmy introduce Hey, man. LLC's Guinness Extra Stout dark chocolate chip pepper cookies that ima call "The Hard Swallow" after a friend, Mike Swallow because he LOVED extra stout, and it was the first thing I thought of...

I made a Guinness reduction into a super goopy syrup and tossed that into a cookie mix. The mix had caramel chips which I sifted out and put into the reduction along with some dark brown sugar. Folded in an egg, some olive oil, the reduction, a whole bag of dark choco chips, and a lil more extra stout because it was dry AF...

They came out like soft brownie cookies which was exactly what ive had envisioned for quite some time.

I then mixed in some dried, ground Chimayo New Mexican peppers which are a medium heat and really close to a Guajillo from Mexico. These things are SO damn good!!! So much choc with just enough spice to make you lick yur lips and wonder WTF is in these cookies?😳

I finished them off by sprinkling a mix of the Chimayo and some dried green hatch over the tops. Spicey on the tongue and the back of yur t'roat...

Not sure when my next batch will be made, but a next batch will be made sooner than later. I will likely add these to my sauce repetoire for events like Art Crawl and the Thirsty Farmer's 4th Anniversary Wineaux Fest, which is October 17th at the w**ery...

T'anks for stopping by... Also, a new batch of "Hey, man. LLC's Swamp Nuts will drop next week. Ill take pre-orders now through Wednesday with delivery on Thursday.

"Sorry Ms. Jackson. Ooh. I am for real..."

Introducing "23", a strawberry wh***ey hot sauce named after the highly sampled Strawberry Letter 23 by Shuggie Otis. It's kinda like Jack Straw minus the pectin and Mexican brown sugar, but with a generous amount of fresh garlic and Thai chiles. Again, the berries came from Indian Village Harvest Farm in Calhoun, LA... ivhfarm

Chat GBT and other AI avenues are not for me and Hey, man. products. While the comforts and conveniences of the technology are definitely appealing, their lack of authenticity and creativity are NOT for me, besides I am see more and more festivals and vending events strictly forbidding the use of AI art.

I'd rather have the money (or not) or spend the money and own something created by myself or someone with more capable hands and means than take the easy way out. That is 100% not digging on anyone that does. You do you booboo.

AI is like the "scrubbing bubbles" of the art world, except I want to do the work, and occasionally I'd like my human friends to maybe help when and if they have the time.

Over the past year or so, I have reached out to friends to help. Some have worked on designs for me and have yet to produce anything. So, I just move on in not wanting to create more for someone else. If you've said you'd do something, im either gonna a hold you to that or move on. I recently reached out to 2 people, and they straight up said either im not feeling motivated to create or that they just dont have the time. That I respect 100% more than someone just f**king off.

I also recently made a public out reach for help and got a couple of hits I am sure will produce worthy designs and actually be listening to the things wanted and not just hoping an algorithm spits out some acceptable shlock.

I feel Ive got and had something in the chamber for a long time, like before sauce was even a thing. People laughed at me and my ideas. Thats just motivation. And yes, I was higher than a giraffe's ass, w**e drunk, and zoomin' and 'shroomin', and I still remember the idea, have the crude original sketches that I drew up myself. I put the idea in a person's capable hands and feel the person hit a home fu**in' run, and I cannot wait to reveal it and the things I want to come along for the ride. And, I kept it local to right here in Funroe, LA.

What I do is art, art for your mouth, stomach, and other body parts. My art you can see, feel, touch, and taste! Cheers, y'all!!!

"You see, I think drugs have done some good things for us. I really do. And if you don't believe drugs have done good things for us, do me a favor. Go home tonight. Take all your albums, all your tapes and all your CDs and burn them. 'Cause you know what, the musicians that made all that great music that's enhanced your lives throughout the years were rrreal fu**ing high on drugs. The Beatles were so fu**ing high they let Ringo sing a few tunes." --Bill Hicks

No time like the now...

Call it creativity or call it potentially productive impatience. Just the beginning of something pieced together and sat of for a few weeks, and then I saw and purchased an auto heat press from amazon. The shirts and transfers from ninjatransfers.com.

The orange pocket and tie-dye are not for sale. Those are mine.

Purple heather Gildan Softstyle: $25 cash or $28 via apps based, venmo, cashapp, PayPal etc...

2 Small
5 Medium
5 Large
5 XL
5 XXL

And if youre feeling a lil' more generous and want to tip or dont have exact change, for $30 cash or app based, I will donate $5/shirt to a charity. Once sold out, I will announce the charity and amount being donated. Id like to make this a thing for every run. I have another idea materializing and in the chamber. Hoping this run finances the next and so on...

T'anks for your time and support...

Well, the business just made a few purchases. "Transferred" some paper for garments. Will soon be "pressed" for time.

*****Disclaimer: In no way is the following message being posted in rage or anger. To quote the late ESPN commentator Stuart Scott, I'm "cooler than the other side of the pillow."***

Today, I was supposed to announce that Hey, man. LLC would be attending its first road show vending a small festival out of state. However, due to severe lack of communication from the vendor event organizer, I am not announcing my first road show slinging sauce and things.

I understand that life happens whenever it sees fit, so im not going to totally put them on blast, but I will say that it makes 0 sense to put out a call for vendors for a festival that has appeared to be run successfully for YEARS and then be like, "Ill get back to you with vendor information in the coming weeks."

Now, that response from them came 2 weeks after the initial contact from me stating that I wanted to travel hours to come sell for them at the suggestion of some friends that have played said festival.

Now, as of May 6th, 2026, I have received 0 response to my email. The festival is now inside a month away, and I have 0 information other than "you have room for a normal sized table and maybe a small one." That's it. That is all I have to work with.

Now, I could absof**kinlutely crank out a few new items in that short time frame, and they would be tasty AF, but Im not going to do that if you can't even tell me what the vendor fee might be or my load in time or if the fest takes a cut of sales or if it's cashless or ANY other useful information that should be available to those expressing interest in vending their boutique music festival nestled in hills of central...(Insert state name here)... All of which, anyone with a lick of common sense, should make available BEFORE people expressing interest in vending their boutique music festival nestled in hills of central...(Insert state name here)...

Yeah, I did that last part again for emphasis because it frustrates me to no end, but again, life happens at inopportune times.

I know I should just go ahead and stop this post and immediately inform them that "due to time constraints and lack of pertinent information, I will not be bringing my company and its products to your festival." But, I kinda sorta feel like inconveniencing them by delaying my decision until contacted with that pertinent festival information or just waiting a lil' but longer to make them aware they will be short a vendor, which may have no affect on their event.

How in the f**k to you organize an event and NOT have 100% of the information needed for potential vendors before or at the time of inquiry? This same person probably says, "I know how to run MY business." Are you sure about that, are ya?

Now that I have this off my chest, I do feel a wee but better. But, this is just one thing, one service provider not offering their services in a timely manner. I, and sooooooooo many others, have their business or businesses we are trying to run while holding down full time jobs, some more than 1 full time job at the same time as you know how to run your business...(Insert use of finger air quotes)...

That being said, Ima keep putting up ma boundaries for me personally and MY business that I'm trying to run properly and effectively. Ima prioritize MY business. I cannot control nor change the lack of principle, respect, consideration, and prioritization one has for another.

You degenerates have a blessed day or at least the one you hoped for. πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ–•πŸ˜ˆπŸ€£

Now, finally, we join your Wednesday morning safety meeting already in progress.

So, I did another thing. Sign designed by Nan Parati. Nan has been designing signs for festivals in New Orleans for 42 years, most notably The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, aka JAZZFEST!

When Fleurty Girl posted the opportunity to get one of these signs last year, I knew I had to have one for vending set ups. When the post popped up again this year, I ordered one. She's purty...

Thanks for your continued support of a stoner and his hot sauce and stuff.

Stay tuned for an announcement(s) coming soon, y'all!!!
