Unlike store-bought flour that’s been sitting on shelves for months (or longer), freshly milled whole grain flour still contains the nutrients God intended — oils, bran, and all! That means better flavor, better nutrition, and better results in your kitchen.

Because flour starts losing its nutrients as soon as it’s ground, we’re offering it by special order only — milled just before pickup to preserve all that goodness. 🌾
